Using a wheat grain base this gin is made with 8 botanicals and the addition of freeze dried raspberries and a handful of hibiscus for flavour. The hearts of the distillate are then run over a bed of Hibiscus to give the spirit its colour. The good news is because our bottles are not light penetrable the natural pink colour does not fade or change and remains pink for the life of the spirit in the bottle.
